Welcome to Border Conveyancing

 

Border Conveyancing is the ONLY dedicated conveyancing firm located in Albury. Border Conveyancing holds a NSW Conveyancing licence (No. 129 0612) and Professional Indemnity Insurance for both sides of the border.

At Border Conveyancing we understand that the sale and/or purchase of property, including but not limited to houses, vacant land, unit's etc, is probably the most important financial transaction you will ever undertake.

As such we are committed to providing fast, friendly, competitively priced conveyancing, with a customer-focused licensed conveyancer, from our office!

Please note, in NSW conveyancers are required to be licenced and hold Professional Indemnity Insurance, as well as complete ongoing training every year in order to renew a conveyancing licence. Certified Practising Conveyancers are governed by the Conveyancers Licencing Act (1992).

We are also able to complete conveyancing transactions within Victoria however it is not a requirement of law to hold a conveyancing licence.

We can provide assistance if you are a buyer needing advice and have a limited budget, or if you are a seller wanting good service at the most competitive price.
