Julie Anfruns is the principal of

operated local company.

In order to become a Certified Praticising Conveyancer Julie completed her studies through Macquarie University. Whilst we are a relatively new business Julie has had a number of years experience through her previous employment at the office of W. J. Kell Solicitors in Albury as a conveyancing clerk.

Julie has been practising conveyancing in Albury since 2002 and as such she has become a well known and well respected identity within the Real Estate and legal industry, on both sides of the border.

The inspiration behind Border Conveyancing was a late friend and colleague, the much respected Mr Bill Kell, Solicitor, who was Julie's mentor whilst completing her studies.

Samantha Martin - Conveyancing Clerk

Sam has been working here at Border Conveyancing since February 2008. Starting as the office receptionist, in the last 12 months she has moved up to take on more responsabilty as Julies assistant and conveyancing clerk. Sam has a broad knowledge of Conveyancing on both sides of the Border and will be able to assist you with any questions or enquiries you throw at her.
