When Selling
In NSW, it is law that a property cannot be advertised or marketed for sale until such time as a Contract has been prepared. This rule also applies if you have not appointed a real estate agent and intend on selling your property privately.
If your property is listed with a real estate agent a Contract must be prepared and forwarded to them before they can commence marketing your property.
